Some important dyno specifications

To make sure our customers have no issues regarding overheat or power capacity, our dyno is supplied with biggest retarders available on the market which at the time when this dyno was built were KLAM CFK-550 with 4660 nm per retarder. That means it's able to generate over 9000 nm on the single axle, this in theory is good for up to 2500 whp on a single axle. Anyway we are not living in perfect world and retarders are loosing torque capacity when they get hot, from our experience with dyno like this you can run 1000 whp cars all day without need of cooling down or waiting times between the runs. You can run non stop, which saves your and customers time and you can still be accurate because you have same ramp times as if retarder was cold.

Hub adapters

Our dyno comes with 2 sets of universal adapters, 4 and 5 bolt pattern. It can be used with 12 or 14mm diameter bolts, in both cases when using as universal it requires adapters which are included in the kit. At the time of order it can be customized for different bolt patterns which would not require adjusting or adapters, by default it comes with 5x120mm one. It has provision for center rings which help to install it perfectly and avoid any vibrations. The maximum distance between the bolts is 135mm, minimum is 90mm. Adapters are machined from 42CrMo2 steel better know as 4140, it means it wont be damaged if overtorqued and threads in it will last for ages. Adapters are 285mm in outside diameter and dyno nose diameter is 220mm which means you will have easy access when mounting dyno to the car, you can access it with impact gun instead of using spanner.

Dyno controls probably are one of the most important parts of the dyno itself , at the moment we are using Sportdevices from Spain as out dedicated controller supplier, which has great support and proven hardware. Depending on what dyno you order controller can be different, SP6 if that's AWD or SP5 if that's single axle dyno, or maybe you want single axle with an option to upgrade it to AWD in the future that way we can supply you with control cabinet which is prepared to support AWD. 4 hub dyno but at the start you buy only 2 hubs to get you going first. Final testing before packing and shipping to customer

Every dyno gets calibrated and tested before shipping, customer gets it and it's ready to go. For the shipping information it's 4 pallets, about 2600kg of total weight.
This specific dyno was built for a customer from Taiwan. There will be some exotic car on it when it gets there.
